After three conversations and your first Roots reveal, you have seen the product work, and Steady is the natural next step. No. One subscription covers both of you. When you upgrade, your partner gets the same features automatically. If you split up, either of you can keep the plan, and the other automatically reverts to Free.

We don't ask for your name, email, or phone number. You sign up with a username and a password you choose. Your partner pairs with you using a pet name, not your identity. We can't say who you are because we don't know.

Coach sessions are paid in-app through Apple Pay. We never see your card number, billing address, or bank details, and each session is a fresh transaction. Therapist sessions are paid directly to your therapist through their own practice systems. That payment never touches Accordial, and FSA or HSA eligibility depends on your therapist's setup.

Whole gets 5% off every coach session, with no cap on the dollar amount. The discount is applied at checkout. Accordial absorbs it, so your coach still receives their full rate. On a $120 session, you save $6. On a $200 session, you save $10. The discount scales with the session price. Therapist sessions are paid in your therapist's own practice, so the discount does not apply to them.

The export includes cryptographic timestamps and tamper evidence, which is what most courts look for. Whether a specific court accepts it as evidence depends on jurisdiction and case type. We recommend consulting an attorney if you intend to use it in legal proceedings.

Through your App Store or Google Play subscriptions page. We don't lock you into anything. Downgrade and your data stays. You just lose access to the Steady and Whole features until you upgrade again.
