We've built Accordial so you rarely need to write to us. Most of what you might want is in the app itself. For everything else, use the form below.

A few notes before you write.

  • Account help lives inside the app. Profile → Help has account deletion, refunds, and data export, none of which require talking to us.
  • If you want a reply, you'll need to give us an email. A pseudonym is fine. If you don't, the message reaches us but we have no way to write back.
  • We aim to respond within a few business days. Press and partnerships often take longer because we're a small team.
